Haitian Homeless Get Displaced Again

A church in Haiti is trying to enforce their September 30th deadline for eviction from their property. They're complaining that the displaced are tearing up and destroying property. Many of the current homeless population in Haiti don't work and just sit around the camps all day. This is a huge problem for everyone, not just the landowners. This is a lot like Hurricane Katrina in that the government is trying so hard to rebuild and the people are suffering.
