Quick election rant
Yesterday were elections and today when I read the results I was astonished. Most of the nation voted Republican (not really a surprise). The surprise was that about 18% of the voters were 18-29... Seriously?! We have this civic duty to vote, why do the youth not care SO much. All I hear are college kids whining all day about stuff that they can do something about. I really don't care who you vote for as long as you voice your opinion. It really really really does matter. It is OUR future and we're letting it fall by the wayside way too early. When is it going to be time for my peers to care?
